Thunis
I explore the infinite, both large and small.
My work is obsessive, repetitive, often geometric, and always done with ink on paper.
I am interested in the apparent balance of things and the world—an equilibrium that is, in reality, made up of asymmetries and flaws.
I constantly seek to reflect this ambivalence.
Through abstraction, my work is also a meditation on the relationship with time.
I journey by experiencing repetition: initially regular cycles that then stretch and ultimately reveal slight asymmetries and small interstices.
